Our Terms and Conditions

1. The interview or the engagement of an applicant introduced by Reception Exclusive (the Company) is deemed as acceptance of the Company's terms of business by the employer (The Client).
2. The fee is only applicable should a candidate introduced by the Company commence work for the Client. The full fee will be charged for any applicant engaged within 12 months of the original introduction. Clients who pass on the introduction to other employers remain liable for the fee should the introduction prove successful.
3. Clients must notify the Company immediately a person introduced by the Company commences work giving correct salary and starting date.
4. The fee will be an agreed percentage based on the applicant's first year salary inclusive of any bonuses, value of accommodation and any other benefits offered defined as taxable by law.
5. Should the engagement be terminated prior to the end of the 10th week of employment, then the Client must inform the Company in writing giving the date the employment is to terminate. No refunds will be given - a credit note will be issued against the invoice of one tenth of the total invoice per incomplete week up to the tenth week.
6. Credit notes are only issued if settlement of the invoice is received within the credit period allowed and on the understanding that they are redeemable against any future invoice. The Company will not issue cheques against credit balances unless these occur due to incorrect invoicing.
7. Payment is due within 28 days of the commencement of the applicant. The Company reserves the right to surcharge the employer at 2% of the total invoice per month or part thereof for delayed payments.
8. The Client agrees that the choice of applicant is it's own and cannot hold the Company responsible for negligence, dishonesty, misconduct or lack of any applicant introduced.
9. Any variation to these terms must be notified by the company to the Clients in writing.
